GAMES Economics submits expert report in first interim measure by CONACOM-Paraguay
In June 2023, an Interim Measure was issued by CONACOM where ordered Bancard to continue providing services resulting from the contract signed with the complaining party until the resolution of the case.
In January 2023, the Investigation Directorate had filed an accusation against the defendant (Bancard) for alleged infringement of the Competition Law.
A technical report by experts from GAMES Economics was presented by the complaining party at CONACOM.
