Esteban Greco is an international consultant in competition and regulatory economics. He has been the Chairman of the Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia (CNDC) in Argentina. As a consultant he has advised public and private organizations in Latin America on competition policy, economic regulation and energy economics for almost two decades. He was also a Commissioner and Chief Economist at CNDC and Deputy Manager of Performance and Economics at Argentina’s Natural Gas regulatory agency (ENARGAS).
He is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires, University Torcuato Di Tella, CIDE (Mexico), Lead University (Costa Rica), with many publications on competition and regulation in Latin America.
