Our managing director Elisa Mariscal participated at the 2023 Mexico Global Conference organized by the International Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), which took place at Mexico City between October 11th -13th.
Dr Elisa Mariscal moderated the panel “Intersection Between Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) & Antitrust in the Healthcare Sector” on October 12th, as part of the activities of Mootcomp joint with Karina Martinez, Deputy Head of Cartel Investigations at Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE); Lawrence Buterman, Partner at Latham & Watkins; Juan Pablo Malfavón, Legal Director LATAM at AstraZeneca; and Carlos Orci, Partner at Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes and Founder of Mootcomp.
